Summary

Remote Viewing impressions (“Person X / Region / OSINT Echo”) revealed a water tower, elevated terrain, and a biker-park-like environment.

Through OSINT Echo we found:

  • A public biker park
  • Dutch-origin username in public reviews
  • Additional reviews in the Netherlands near former home region
  • Publicly posted bike routes all starting from the same location

MAP OSINT confirmed the geographic area.

Ethical voluntary elicitation (non-deceptive neighborhood questions) confirmed that a person matching the description had been seen in that location.

Outcome

The RV → OSINT → Geospatial → Elicitation workflow successfully identified the correct region.
